K.-7 18-1703 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1718-0012 - Award of Bid and Contract for Construction Services, on behalf of the District, to CAHILL, Oakland, CA, for the Havenscourt CCPA Science Classrooms and Lab Project, in the amount of $2,400,000.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to enter into and execute an Agreement for same with the successful bidder with work being conducted in one (1) phase, with a Contract Duration: Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) Calendar Days, commencing August 23, 2018, and ending on August 23, 2019.
