K.-11 18-1621 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $88,300 between the District and Terraphase Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide hazardous materials and consulting services required for Title 5 studies, prepare a site health and safety plan; collect composite soils samples and analysis, in conjunction with the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, in additional amount of $6,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount $16,748.00 to $22,748.00. All other terms and conditions of Agreement remain in full force and effect.
