K.-10 18-1620 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1718-0141, Award of Bid and Contract for Construction Services for the Fruitvale Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Project, on behalf of the District, to Digital Design Communications, Oakland, CA, in the amount of $796,800.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to enter into and execute an Agreement for same with the successful bidder with work being conducted in one (1) phase, with a Contract Duration: One Hundred Seventy-five (175) days Calendar Days, commencing August 9, 2018, and ending on January 31, 2019.
