K.-6 18-1612 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment to Support Provider Addendum To Oakland Unified School District Software License Agreement between District and PowerSchool Group LLC, Bethlehem, PA, successor-in-interest to SunGard Public Sector LLC, for PowerSchool Group to provide ASP Support Services which includes providing the hardware to operate the Business Plus (formerly known as IFAS) software on behalf of OUSD in the ASP environment, system management, scheduled system back-ups, and routine maintenance and repairs, for the period commencing July 1, 2017 and concluding September 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $348,103.27, with follow-on quarterly renewals which are expected to extend through December 31, 2018 at an additional cost of $72,202.75, for the period of July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018, for a cumulative amount not to exceed $420,306.02
