K.-189 18-1561 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Alternatives in Action, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of enrichment and tutoring support as well as additional outreach to Yemeni families for the After School Program at McClymonds High School, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $4,988.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $215,872.00 to $220,860.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
