K.-27 18-1549 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Commissioning Services between the District and Guttmann & Blaevoet Consulting Engineers, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide additional commissioning for the entire site for all systems, electrical, mechanical and telecom, in conjunction with the Foster Central Commissary Project, in the additional amount of $47,840.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $314,550.00 to $362,390.00 and extending Agreement term of May 13, 2015 through December 12, 2019 to December 12, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
