K.-25 18-1518 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $90,200.00 between the District and Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, Livermore, CA for the latter replace fire alarm panel at existing site, in conjunction with the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 28, 2018 and concluding no later than March 29, 2019, in an amount not-to-exceed $16,800.00.
