K.-8 18-1416 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Jensen Hughes, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide review of fire and intrusion alarm construction drawings; attend pre-construction meetings; perform observations for the new fire & intrusion alarm device system, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in conjunction with the McClymonds High School Intensive Support Site Project, and extending Agreement term from August 25, 2016 through December 30, 2017 to December 30, 2018, at no additional cost to the District.
