K2.-13 18-1081 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Junior Center of Art and Science (JCAS), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a resident Teaching Artist to give one 75-90 minute session in arts and science integrated projects weekly in fifth grade class for a total of eight weeks, where students can explore a variety of art mediums while gaining understanding of science and math concepts, at Emerson Elementary School, for the term January 8, 2018 through June 29, 2018, an amount not to exceed $2300.00.
