K.-9 18-1150 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $90,200 between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspection services as required by the Department of State Architect, in conjunction with the Westlake Middle School Turf Field Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 10, 2018 and concluding no later than June 9, 2019, in an amount not-to-exceed $33,000.00.
