K.-4 18-1139 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $90, 200 between the District and ACC Environmental, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide hazardous material oversight services including monitoring, sampling and testing during hazardous material removal activities, in conjunction with the Laurel Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Addition Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 7, 2018 and concluding no later than June 30, 2020, in an amount not-to-exceed $14,560.00.
