K.-3 18-1138 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Greater than $90,200.00 between the District and Davillier-Sloan, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the District with Professional Services related to the Project Labor Agreement, in conjunction with the Facilities Planning & Management Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 7, 2018 and concluding no later than December 31, 2018, in an amount not-to-exceed $135,000.00
