K.-19 18-1185 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Community Based Organization Master Contract between District and the County of Alameda via its Public Health Department, San Leandro, CA, for the development and implementation of the Safe Routes to School Menu of Services, for District elementary schools, as described in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, decreasing the Master Contract not to exceed amount from $798,626.00 to $399,313.00. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
