K.-7 18-0771 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Bay Area Community Resources (BACR), San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 1070 hours services beyond the initial Plan, providing additional work by collaboration and planning with Pathway Teachers to support the workload and/or more student caseloads, exploration trips and family communications and engagement activities, at Oakland Technical High School, in the additional amount of $53,532.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $150,000.00 to $203,532.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
