K.-5 18-0065 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to decrease the number of hours of service to students, grades K-5, for extracurricular activities during school and after school at Lincoln Elementary School, for the period of August 21, 2017 through June 9, 2018, in the amount of -$1,020.00, reducing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $34,000.00 to $32,980.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
