K.-3 18-1010 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Special Education Transportation Services Agreement between the District and JIR, Inc., Newark CA, for the latter to provide transportation services to special education students, additionally assigned, as provided in the student's IEP or alternative arrangements with the family, for the period June 19, 2017 through June 18, 2018, in the additional amount of $150,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $525,000.00 to $685,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
