K1.-21 18-1024 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Morgan Shidler Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to coordinate and plan for a full day Methods Institute for 75 lead agency staff members, as described in the Scope of Work, in the additional amount of $2,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $45,000.00 to $47,000.00, for the term October 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
