K1.-22 18-0780 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Julia DeGuzman, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 326 hours of service to do a number of tasks that will serve to increase the parent and community involvement, including a needs assessment to find out where volunteers are needed; make a database of parents and community volunteers, their skills and availability; and work to increase engagement of low achieving students and will link school to home to support with communication to help students and families increase academic success, at Oakland High School, for the period of February 1, 2018 through June 29, in an amount not to exceed $8,148.41.
