K.-77 18-0563 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Subcontract between District and WestEd, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to implement Year 4 of the 4-year California -8 Early Implementation, as descried in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $378,652.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Subcontract from $254,000.00 to $632,652.00 and extending the term of the Subcontract from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Subcontract remain in full force and effect.
