K.-75 18-0784 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA for the latter to provide additional hours of service for physical fitness education for students Grade K-5 at Futures Elementary School, for the period of August 21, 2017 through June 8, 2018, in the additional amount of $30,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $31,500.00 to $61,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
