K.-60 18-0733 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to expand the existing professional development offerings with a primary focus on CQI, YPQA knowledge, and practice for program staff in the After School Program at Roots International Academy, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $7,767.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $65,148.00 to $72,915.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
