K.-55 18-0728 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Leaf, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional preparation hours for restorative justice facilitated by 3.25 hours per week and increase hourly rate for Program Assistant at International Community School, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $8,890.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the MOU from $87,650.00 to $96,540.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
