K.-54 18-0727 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services for program staff to participate in professional development trainings and meetings, to include PBIS cohort, SEL trainings, and Continuous Quality Improvement training, and Strengths Based Institute for the After School Program at PLACE at Prescott Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $9,696.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount of $135,292.00 to $144,988.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
