K.-53 18-0724 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 , Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Leaf, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional service hours for the Program Assistant per week for administrative program support for the After School Program at EnCompass Academy, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $8,890.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $87,650.00 to $96,540.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
