K.-43 18-0709 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of direct service to help cover for minimum days, prep time, school staff meetings, and professional development opportunities for the After School Program at Rise Elementary School for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount $8,613.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $90,621.00 to $99,234.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
