K.-42 18-0708 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of direct service to help cover for minimum days, prep time, and professional development opportunities for line staff to ensure they are well-trained and we-supported to deliver high quality services to students and to ensure their participation in the Continuous Quality Improvement processes for the After School Program at Global Family Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $8,890.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $93,628.00 to $102,518.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
