K.-39 18-0705 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours for staff to participate in professional development trainings for Continuous Quality Improvement, Strengths Based Institute, and school site meetings for the After School Program at Hoover Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $8,890.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $120,838.00 to $129,728.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
