K.-34 18-0699 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1,Memorandum of Understanding between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional services for enrichment activities for the students in the After School Program at Peralta Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $8,890.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $96,628.00 to $105,518.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
