K.-9 18-0773 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Cooperative Agreement between District and Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC), adding McClymonds High School and Westlake Middle School, and adding a free $50 BART youth fare ticket for high school students, to the Affordable Student Transit Pass Pilot Program Project, previously available to students of Castlemont High, Fremont High, and Frick Middle School, for the period of August 1, 2016 through December 31, 2019, at no cost to the District. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
