K2.-7 18-0510 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Contractor Agreement Less Than $87,700* between the District and KDI Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record services for all DSA projects, in conjunction with the Joaquin Miller Elementary School Fire Alarm Project, in the additional amount of $7, 760.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $15,960.00 to $23,720.00 and extending the Agreement term of April 13, 2017 through December 31, 2017 to May 31, 2018.
