K1.-3 18-0460 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Super Stars Literacy, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a literacy intervention program in two capacities: day time program and after school program, each as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Brookfield Elementary School, for the term September 1, 2017 through June 7, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
