K.-18 18-0484 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Osvaldo Guerrero, El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to assist District's Nutrition Services Department and Garden Teacher on Special Assignment with the design, installation and maintenance of school gardens/outdoor learning spaces - planting areas, irrigation, mulching and weed control and improving soil; assist same with receiving or moving materials to school sites to include materials for gardens and nutrition/cooking programs including cooking supplies, fresh produce, education supplies and garden supplies, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of February 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
