I am using this space to add a second comment regarding quality schools: the sizes given for elementary and middle schools are very high, and this in itself impacts the quality of experience students and families have. I wonder if the "manager" personnel are truly necessary for each school, and if, especially at the elementary level, staff FTE can be productively shared between schools that are geographically close.
