R.-6 18-0271 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Special Education Transportation Services Agreement between District and First Student, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide transportation services to special education students as provided in the student's Individual Education Plan (IEP) or alternative arrangements with the family, in an amount not to exceed $11.500,000.00 increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $525,000.00 to $12,025,000.00 and extending the term of Agreement from July 1, 2016 to August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2020. All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
