K.-14 18-0218 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, District Educational Professional Services Agreement between District and Teach for America, Inc., Chicago, Il replacing the evaluation language stipulated in the original Contract with Appendix C, attached, and data sharing language stipulated in the original contract will refer specifically to SBAC data, attached, and extending the Contract term from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018 to June 20, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
