K.-3 18-0283 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement Less Than $90,200 between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform two soil gas mitigation system monitoring events during 1st and 3rd quarters 2018, which will include soil gas probe SGMW-2-10 only; samples for soil gas probes SGMW-2-10, SGMW-2-5, as well as all nine vent riser sample ports, will be analyzed for Air Phase Hydrocarbons (APHS), in conjunction with the LaEscuelita Educational Center Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing March 15, 2018 and concluding no later than December 31, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $54,000.00
