K.-23 18-0153 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement the CS Discoveries and Animation and Storyboarding Class, with support of the arts curriculum by Pixar curriculum and aligned to the graphic arts sequence that leads into the high school pathway; staff the implementation of the CCPA Black Student Union (8th grade) and provide additional services for math and art integration enrichment for the current after school program, in the additional amount of $56,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $126,172.00 to $182,172.00, at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
