K.-22 18-0135 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Olivia Higgins dba Queerly Elementary, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 333 hours of technical assistance in the development and oversight of programs to meet the educational and safety needs of diverse LGBTQ youth and their families, including creating and providing professional development for school site administrators and staff, in the additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $15,000.00 to $25,000.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
