K.-7 18-0211 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant (Contractor) Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $88,300 between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide management services, including client liaison, work scheduling; quality review; and semi-monthly testing of data and daily field inspection reports, in conjunction with the Fremont New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing February 28, 2018 and concluding no later than October 31, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $45,000.00
