K.-20 18-0022 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Kids First, Oakland, CA, for the latter to decrease the level of services to return funds back to the school site for other purposes, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the amount of -$20,000.00, reducing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $188,974.75 to $168,974.75. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
