K.-19 18-0010 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide trainings to explore specific qualities of a welcoming and values- oriented Summer Program, specifically, the purpose of the trainings is to highlight the ways that ritual and scaffolded lesson planning can provide opportunities for youth leadership, engagement, group collaboration, reflection and a general sense of belonging, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of November 15, 2017 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
