K.-21 17-2529 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lifelong Medical Care, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to expand health and wellness as a core element of the community school model by linking New Highland and RISE Elementary School students and families to health services and programming through the school-based health center located at the Elmhurst Community Preparatory School and Alliance Middle School Campus, for the period of November 15, 2017 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
