K.-8 17-2623 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement Less Than $88,300 between the District and Simplex Grinnell, Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide replacement of existing fire and Intrusion alarm system with a new one in accordance with CA Department of State Architect (DSA) and District standards, in the main CDC Classroom Building and Multi-purpose Building in conjunction with the Centro Infantil CDC Fire & Intrusion Alarm Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing January 11, 2018 and concluding no later than October 2, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $21,960.00.
