K.-4 17-2511 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Norman Peterson & Associates, Inc., Ashland, OR, for the latter, in conjunction with the Workers' Compensation Analyst, to receive notification of District employees non-occupational injury and current work status; monitor and assist said employees with placement into modified work assignments either at their home site or placement in a temporary bridge assignment; track work status and follow up appointments with the employee and supervisor, for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
