K.-116 17-2436 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Eastbay College Fund (EBCF), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Oakland Promise Future Center, as enumerated in Exhibit "A" and to administer the East Bay College Foundation/Oakland Promise Scholarship Requirement services, as enumerated in Exhibit "B", at Life Academy, in conjunction with the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the period of the December 15, 2017 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
