K.-18 17-2428 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional exploration and revision of geotechnical reports to address the currently proposed project improvements, in conjunction with the Fremont High School New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
