K.-17 17-2427 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Contract Agreement for Professional Services between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services for hazardous material and monitoring and clearance services at site, in conjunction with the Fremont High School New Construction Project, and to extend the term of the Agreement from April 27, 2016 through March 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
