K.-12 17-2422 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1718-0071, Award of Bid Agreement and Construction Contract on behalf of the District to Digital Design Communications, Oakland, CA, for the Burbank Preschool Fire & Intrusion Alarm Project, in the amount of $476,880.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to enter into and execute an Agreement for same with the successful bidder with work being conducted in one (1) phase, with a Contract Duration: (90) Calendar Days, commencing December 14, 2017, and concluding no later than March 24, 2018.
