K.-11 17-2421 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Under $88,300 between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide indoor air quality sampling and testing related to the Water Intrusion at Classroom Building B, in conjunction with the Lincoln Elementary School Water Intrusion Repair Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing December 14, 2017 and concluding no later than February 28, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $9,600.00.
