K.-8 17-2417 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Applied Materials & Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide special inspections and testing services that are required for the reconstruction project for Increments 2 and 3, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $59,635.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Agreement from $238,102.00 to $297,737.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
